Senior Consultant – Business Insights & Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level consultant who can bridge data, technology and business strategy for a major enterprise client in Sydney. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating complex data outputs into clear, actionable insights that drive revenue, cloud adoption and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic business intelligence and advisory support to regional leaders for investment, resource and priority decisions.
• Drive performance outcomes across partner‑led revenue, cloud adoption and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Lead rhythm‑of‑business cadences, monthly business reviews and performance forecasting.
• Integrate partner‑led sales motions into core operations, supporting channel growth, renewals and co‑sell execution.
• Represent business interests in annual planning, influencing segmentation, coverage models and quota‑setting.
• Create data‑driven storytelling, scorecards and commentary for business reviews.
• Monitor and analyse leading performance indicators such as renewal schedules and partner readiness.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, finance, partner and sales teams to share best practices.
• Support agile planning with insights on growth propensity, wallet share and cost‑to‑serve.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to translate data into business insights and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering business reviews, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Comfort working with metrics, scorecards and KPIs in a structured cadence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage senior leaders across functions.

• Power BI and DAX.
• Microsoft Copilot.
• Microsoft Fabric.
• Visio (process‑management tool).
• Power Automate (nice to have).
• Additional BI tools (nice to have).

What we offer

• 1‑year renewable contract (approximately 80% renewal rate).
• Hybrid work model – 1 to 2 days per week onsite at the client’s Sydney office.
• Target start date: 1 July 2026.
• Reporting to managers based in Bogotá and Seattle.
