Senior Consultant – Asset Management (Perth)

About the role

Deloitte’s Asset Management team in Perth is seeking a Senior Consultant to work on high‑profile projects for public and private sector clients. You will help solve complex asset‑related challenges across mining, energy, ports and utilities, leveraging Deloitte’s global consulting expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to address priority asset and operational issues.
• Apply structured problem‑solving, design thinking, digital and data‑analytics techniques to drive profitability and performance.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team on transformation programmes across multiple sectors.
• Contribute to project development, delivery, commissioning, and ongoing operations management.
• Participate in extensive training and development, including opportunities for international assignments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in asset‑intensive industries, preferably mining.
• Demonstrated expertise in maintenance, asset management, reliability, and related engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, etc.).
• Proven ability to apply asset‑management and reliability improvement methodologies to enhance performance and manage risk.
• Strong analytical skills, including desktop research, data analysis and technical review.
