Senior Communications Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to develop and deliver proactive and reactive customer communications for our Linkt retail brand. You will join an innovative team focused on creating a positive customer experience and shaping the future of our cities and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop on‑brand content that drives customer action across email, SMS, app notifications, website, and paid media.
• Lead tailored communications for incidents, technical upgrades, and other reactive scenarios.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather project needs and create communication plans.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs on high‑impact communications with reputational implications.
• Manage external vendors and agency partners, including quotes, schedules, and material delivery.
• Support the Communications Lead to keep the communications strategy current and relevant.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with diverse internal teams and external vendors.
• Proven experience handling diverse communication requirements under tight timelines.
• Strategic mindset with experience in communications and incident response strategies.
• Curiosity for understanding customer needs and using data insights to improve experience.

Required skills

• Experience creating content for multiple channels (email, SMS, app, website, paid media).
• Ability to develop and execute communication plans for both proactive and reactive scenarios.
