Senior Clinical Research Associate

About the role

PSI CRO is seeking a knowledgeable, team‑oriented Senior Clinical Research Associate to manage the clinical aspects of full‑service global projects in Australia. You will act as the primary liaison with sites, investigators and internal teams, ensuring study timelines, subject safety and high‑quality data.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and report selection, initiation, routine and close‑out monitoring visits for Phase II/III studies.
• Train investigators, site staff and project teams; perform CRF review, source document verification and query resolution.
• Maintain site communication, manage site identification, and support regulatory affairs with site documentation.
• Prepare and deliver presentations at Investigator Meetings and assist with audit preparation and findings resolution.

Required profile

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of independent on‑site monitoring experience in Australia, including Phase II/III visits.
• Availability to travel and experience in therapeutic areas such as Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Oncology or Infectious Diseases is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
