Senior Business Banking Manager, NSW

About the role

ANZ Business & Private Bank is looking for a Senior Business Banking Manager based in Parramatta, NSW. The role drives new customer acquisitions by building relationships with brokers, real estate agents, accountants and business owners, and increases funds under management by offering whole-of-business finance solutions. It is a permanent, full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and leverage a deep circle of influence and broker relationships
• Drive a structured, disciplined weekly operating rhythm to build strong sales momentum
• Use data and insights to engage potential and existing customers and identify opportunities
• Make cold calls as part of the acquisition approach
• Collaborate with ANZ stakeholders to solve complex problems
• Deliver excellent customer outcomes and experiences

Required profile

• Business development experience to build relationships and drive commercial outcomes
• Experience with credit assessment and management
• Proven experience developing new and existing relationships with business owners and external networks
• FSR Tier 2 certificate
