Senior Brand and Creative Manager

About the role

Talentpath is recruiting, on behalf of the business behind a high-profile luxury development on the Gold Coast, a permanent, full-time Senior Brand and Creative Manager. This is a content-first, portfolio-led role combining creative production and brand stewardship, delivering premium content, design and video across social, digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and roll out premium content across organic and paid channels (social, digital, print, sales environments)
• Own end-to-end content execution, from concept to final files, formatting, versioning and delivery
• Design high-end marketing collateral such as brochures, templates, graphics and sales assets
• Produce and edit short-form video for social and campaign cut-downs
• Plan content ahead and keep quality high in a fast-moving environment
• Work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Development, Leadership) to turn priorities into on-brand creative
• Brief, direct and quality-control external creatives (videographers, photographers, studios, agencies)
• Support campaigns that drive enquiries and traffic, and act as brand guardian protecting visual identity and tone

Required profile

• Senior-level creative with a premium design eye (typography, composition, white space, colour, detail)
• Strong portfolio showing high-end brand work across multiple channels
• Hands-on designer who produces polished, finished work
• Content creator who can ideate, shoot and edit, and deliver at pace
• Mature stakeholder manager, practical and open to feedback
• Fast, organised and deadline-driven

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Canva
• Short-form video editing (CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Comfortable using AI tools for image enhancement and animation
