Senior Bookkeeper & Management Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper & Management Accountant to join our Bondi Junction office. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and post journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Produce timely financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Oversee daily bookkeeping operations and improve financial processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver data‑driven financial insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, management accounting or SME finance.
• Advanced proficiency with Xero (certification preferred).
• Experience with Cin7 or a similar inventory/accounting system.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, accruals and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver comfortable in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Experience in logistics, e‑commerce, wholesale or inventory‑based businesses is a plus.
