About the role

Chambers Russell Lawyers, a national mid-tier law firm, is looking for a Senior Associate to join its growing Queensland strata team. The role suits legal professionals with litigation, dispute resolution, construction or transactional advisory experience who can manage an independent case load under the supervision of partners. The firm offers a transparent pathway of progression into senior roles, including partnership.

Required profile

• 4+ years of post-admission experience in litigation, dispute resolution, construction or transactional advisory work.
• Ability to manage your own file load and to mentor junior lawyers.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver high-level service.
• Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
