About the role

Chambers Russell Lawyers, a national commercial law firm with offices in three capital cities, is seeking a Senior Associate/Special Counsel in Melbourne. The role suits experienced lawyers in commercial litigation, strata, dispute resolution or construction law who want to move toward running and developing their own practice, with a transparent pathway of progression including partnership.

Required profile

• 4+ years of post-admission experience.
• Ability to manage your own file load and to mentor junior lawyers.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver high-level service.
• Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
