Senior Architect – High‑Rise Residential

About the role

This senior architect position is with a nationally recognised architecture studio that delivers premium high‑rise residential and mixed‑use projects across Australia. You will lead design and delivery from concept through construction, working in a collaborative studio environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of high‑rise residential and mixed‑use developments.
• Oversee projects across all phases: concept, development application, documentation, and construction.
• Coordinate consultants and engage with clients, stakeholders, and authorities.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high design standard.

Required profile

• Registered Architect.
• 7+ years’ experience within Australian architecture practices.
• Strong experience in high‑rise / multi‑residential projects.
• Solid understanding of local planning codes and construction detailing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for design quality and innovative solutions.

Required skills

• Revit (essential).
