Senior Analyst, Data & Insights

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Data & Insights to join Mable’s fast‑growing healthtech team. In this 12‑month fixed‑term role you will use data and analytical techniques to uncover business and product challenges, turn findings into actionable recommendations and help shape the future of care and support services in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and analyse business problems using data‑driven approaches.
• Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends, verify hypotheses and explain why events occur.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track key business metrics.
• Analyse split‑test results to evaluate new product features or operational processes.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to non‑technical stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, UX designers and other stakeholders to develop rapid prototypes and outline data implications for new features.
• Ensure all analysis complies with Mable’s privacy and security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of data analysis experience delivering actionable insights.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Strong initiative and ownership with the capacity to work autonomously.
• Effective collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience using Tableau or a comparable data‑visualisation tool to create dashboards.
