Senior Advisor, People & Culture

About the role

dnata catering & retail is seeking a Senior Advisor, People & Culture to join its Melbourne Airport team. Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture (VIC/SA), you will partner with operational leaders to deliver practical people solutions, provide expert employee and industrial relations advice, and drive workforce initiatives across a diverse operational workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to provide commercially focused people solutions.
• Support employee and industrial relations matters, including performance, conduct, attendance and investigations.
• Deliver workforce initiatives focused on recruitment, retention, engagement and stability.
• Use workforce data and insights to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and support organisational change, people projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, enterprise agreements and company policies.

Required profile

• Experience in an HR Business Partner, People & Culture Business Partner or Senior HR Advisory role.
• Proven ability to partner with operational leaders in a complex, high‑volume environment.
• Strong employee and industrial relations knowledge.
• Experience supporting change initiatives and workforce projects.
• Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or a related discipline.
