Operating Model Lead – PX

About the role

The Operating Model Lead – PX will shape the future state of the People Experience (PX) function at IDP, driving organisational design and service ownership across global teams. This senior transformation role is part of the Project Fusion programme and will work closely with business leaders, change managers and Oracle implementation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the future‑state PX operating model, including organisational structure, roles and engagement model for PX customers.
• Define governance, accountability and performance measurement frameworks and embed scalable ways of working.
• Partner with business leaders, change management and Oracle Fusion HCM teams to lead transition planning and business readiness activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operating model and organisational design within complex global enterprises.
• Enterprise transformation background, preferably in HR/PX transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability, with ability to translate strategy into practical outcomes.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion HCM (exposure preferred).
• Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Chat and Agents) for content development, planning and analysis.
• Experience with AI‑assisted productivity tools.
