Senior Admin Assistant (Migration)

About the role

Visa Solutions Australia is seeking a Senior Admin Assistant to support Registered Migration Agents (RMAs) in South Perth. This position is ideal for a recent migration graduate aiming to progress toward RMA registration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client instructions, document lists and visa applications for RMA review before lodgement.
• Draft statements, statutory declarations and submissions for RMA review.
• Maintain accurate case files and provide weekly caseload updates to supervising RMA.
• Follow up with clients and sponsors, track RFI deadlines and handle incoming calls and routine correspondence.
• Support RMAs with research on migration legislation and policy and attend client meetings in a support capacity.

Required profile

• Graduated from a recognised migration qualification (e.g., Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice).
• Passed the migration exam (Capstone assessment) and holds a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Current Australian work rights and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Very strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
