Senior Account Partner (Services Sales)

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Account Partner to lead Professional Services sales within the Customer Success Group. The role focuses on driving strategic engagements, advising executive customers, and delivering measurable business value from Salesforce investments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise‑level strategies for high‑growth customers, guiding them through qualification, deal cycles, and value assessments.
• Own bookings, revenue, margin, CSAT and ensure smooth hand‑off to delivery teams with effective staffing and margin plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with license sales, product, success managers, legal, and delivery teams to align solutions with customer vision.
• Lead micro‑vertical initiatives, create repeatable sales motions, and serve as a subject‑matter expert for internal sales teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a book‑of‑business and generating new logos while expanding existing accounts.
• Background in consulting or professional services sales, especially around digital transformation and integration solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders and navigate complex procurement and pricing negotiations.
• Degree or equivalent experience; leadership or extracurricular achievements are valued.

Required skills

• MuleSoft or comparable enterprise integration platform (e.g., Dell Boomi, Informatica, Workato).
• Experience selling professional services related to API‑led connectivity and digital transformation.
• Strategic sales planning, value proposition development, and execution‑focused consulting.
