Senior Account Manager

About the role

Fusion5 is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with key clients, driving cross‑sell and expansion across our full suite of business applications, AI, and managed services. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate digital transformation and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end account relationship, mapping and managing stakeholder and executive contacts.
• Develop and execute account plans to retain and grow Fusion5’s footprint, identifying new business opportunities and cross‑sell prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored transformational solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
• Serve as escalation point for major customer issues, maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM records.

Required profile

• 7+ years in account management, client partnership, or solution selling, preferably within a system integrator, consulting, or professional services firm.
• Proven experience conducting C‑level business transformation conversations and growing accounts year‑on‑year.
• Background in selling Business Applications (ERP, CRM, CPM, or HCM) and familiarity with AI, managed services, or data‑driven advisory.
• Industry exposure to logistics, manufacturing, retail, distribution, or membership sectors is strongly favoured.
