Senior Account Manager – Integrated Campaigns

About the role

Saatchi & Saatchi is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its Melbourne team and work on a major automotive brand with a strong national presence. You will be at the engine room of the account, delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring day‑to‑day activities run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of integrated campaigns from brief through to rollout.
• Write clear creative and production briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate campaign rollout across large media plans.
• Manage timelines, budgets and project workflows.
• Partner with creative, strategy and production teams to deliver high‑quality work.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Approximately 4+ years of account management experience, preferably within a creative agency.
• Experience working on large brands or integrated campaigns.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to write creative and production briefs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, thoughtful, solutions‑focused and comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Experience across production, digital rollout or integrated campaigns is highly valued.
