Senior Account Manager – ANZ Region

About the role

Trustpilot is seeking a Senior Account Manager for the ANZ region to own a high‑value portfolio of market‑leading customers. You will act as a strategic partner, driving measurable business value and long‑term ROI for iconic brands such as Canva, Wesfarmers and Medibank.

Key responsibilities

• Develop executive‑level relationships and position Trustpilot as a mission‑critical partner.
• Navigate large enterprise structures to identify decision‑makers and influence C‑suite stakeholders.
• Own the end‑to‑end renewal process, mitigating churn and competitor threats.
• Drive portfolio growth through upsell and cross‑sell to achieve strong Net Revenue Retention.
• Leverage financial acumen for accurate forecasting in Salesforce and align product road‑maps with ANZ market needs.

Required profile

• Experience in customer success, account management or support within a SaaS/technology environment.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing complex, multi‑layered organisations.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
• Comfortable working with data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology.
