Senior Account Executive – Healthcare

About the role

Orchard, Australia's leading health and wellness agency, is looking for a Senior Account Executive for its Healthcare team. The role sits between clients and internal teams, managing client relationships while delivering integrated digital and print projects on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, understand their business and marketing goals, and collaborate with Business Directors on strategy
• Write day-to-day briefs, hold internal briefing meetings and develop integrated, feasible concepts
• Manage multiple digital and print projects (websites, iPad and iPhone apps, emails, banners, in-store merchandise, print collateral)
• Scope client requests, work with UX and creative teams on site maps, wireframes and solutions, and document the project scope
• Cost and schedule projects using Workbook, maintain risk logs, change logs and WIP documentation, and book resources in Jira
• Manage client communication, progress updates and testing and proofing
• Create estimates and scopes, charge clients accurately, handle overages, and complete timesheets

Required profile

• 2+ years of advertising agency experience, preferably in healthcare or a similarly regulated industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
• Flexible, adaptable and proactive approach

Required skills

• Some digital and print production experience
• Sound understanding of marketing and commercial strategy
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation and organisational skills
• Financial acumen and attention to detail
