Senior Account Executive – Banking Solutions

About the role

Temenos is looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead new‑logo acquisition and drive revenue growth across the Pacific region. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, and nurture long‑term relationships with banking and financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with Temenos’ regional strategy.
• Identify, engage, and close new banking logos, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Coordinate pre‑sales resources to deliver tailored proposals that showcase Temenos’ strengths.
• Negotiate contract terms and service agreements, adapting to deal size and complexity.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior banking executives, key opinion leaders, and alliance partners.
• Conduct market analysis and create client profiles to uncover future software investment opportunities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of proven new‑business sales success in the banking or financial services sector.
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong negotiation skills with senior decision‑makers.
