Senior Account Director (Health) – 6 Month Contract

About the role

Orchard, part of the Enero Group, is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead integrated digital and print projects for health‑care clients on a 6‑month contract. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring delivery excellence and strategic alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production across digital and print channels, ensuring best‑practice delivery and strategic alignment.
• Manage client relationships, act as the main contact for integrated campaigns, and proactively communicate project status.
• Drive financial health of accounts, track budgets, forecast revenue and identify organic growth opportunities.
• Champion effective processes using Orchard tools (Workbook, JIRA, PageProof) and act as the quality gatekeeper for all deliverables.

Required profile

• 7+ years in an advertising agency, preferably within healthcare or a regulated industry.
• Strong digital and print production experience with a solid understanding of marketing and commercial strategy.
• Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills, with financial acumen and attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects collaboratively.
