Security Advisor – Falcon Complete

About the role
The Falcon Complete Security Advisor works with customers to assess and improve the security posture of their Falcon environments. You will guide clients toward a secure experience while supporting CrowdStrike’s mission to stop breaches.
Key responsibilities
- Assess customers' Falcon environments and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
- Provide recommendations, create remediation plans, and document issues according to SLAs.
- Develop service reports and statistics for customers as requested.
- Partner with internal teams and support staff to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Required profile
- 3+ years in a cybersecurity‑focused role with strong customer empathy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer‑facing interactions.
- Experience working with complex, sophisticated clients and a desire to learn new technologies.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows, Linux and macOS operating systems.
- Knowledge of threat detection, incident response, and intrusion detection techniques.
- Familiarity with AI technologies to enhance decision‑making and workflow efficiency.
- Understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001/2, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix and MITRE ATT&CK.
