Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service from arrival through departure.
• Take food and beverage orders with confidence and accuracy.
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and provide tailored recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining premium service standards.
• Manage your own section to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Build genuine rapport with guests and anticipate their needs.
• Collaborate with restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams during busy periods.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards throughout the venue.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and RSA requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Section Waiter in fine‑dining, luxury hotel, or high‑volume upscale venues.
• Proven ability to confidently manage a section while delivering exceptional service.
• Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge with a passion for hospitality.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organised during peak service periods.
• Current RSA Certificate.
