About the role
Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, a 5-star luxury hotel in the city centre, is looking for an experienced casual Section Waiter to join its No35 dining team. The team prides itself on exceptional service and wants someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about food and wine, able to take guests on a culinary journey.
Required profile
- Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSAM)
- At least 12 months' experience in a busy quality restaurant
- Previous hotel experience desirable
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Strong communication skills
Required skills
- Previous bartending experience, including cocktail preparation and beverage service, is desirable
- A passion for food and beverage and a strong understanding of responsible service practices
