Seasonal Digital Fulfilment Team Leader

About the role

Lush Digital Fulfilment is looking for a Seasonal Digital Fulfilment Team Leader to guide a fast‑moving team during the peak season. Based in Villawood, Sydney, you will work 38 hours per week, 7:54 am‑4:00 pm, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction, support and motivation to Digital Fulfilment Assistants.
• Deliver on‑the‑job training and ensure compliance with all procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment by promptly addressing any safety risks.
• Lead the team to meet daily targets and key performance indicators.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative team spirit.

Required profile

• Experience in pick‑packing or stock handling within a retail or warehouse setting.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift and perform manual tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for motivating diverse teams.
