Warehouse Assistant & Forklift Driver

About the role

Join Lush’s vibrant warehouse in Villawood as a Warehouse Assistant and Forklift Driver. You will support the manufacturing and distribution teams by safely moving stock, handling deliveries and ensuring accurate order fulfilment in a fast‑paced, safety‑critical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to unload, move and store stock across the warehouse and production areas.
• Receive, check and process incoming stock, loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• Pick, pack, label, wrap and dispatch orders to Lush stores.
• Assist with stock control, stocktakes and reporting of discrepancies or damage.
• Support Dangerous Goods handling and documentation when required.
• Perform additional warehouse tasks as needed, working collaboratively with the team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Current forklift driver’s licence.
• Strong communication in English.
• Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 kg and perform manual tasks.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 6:54 am‑3:00 pm.
• Full working rights in Australia.
