Seasonal Associate – Retail Store (Sydney Westfield & The Galeries)

About the role

Join ALO during its peak season as a Seasonal Associate, supporting either sales or operations in our Sydney Westfield and The Galeries locations. You will help deliver an exceptional guest experience and contribute to store success through energetic teamwork and a focus on mindful movement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales targets using ALO’s Flow initiatives.
• Greet and engage customers, understand their needs, and process transactions and returns.
• Support store operations including shipment processing, replenishment, and maintaining clean, safe, and efficient store environments.
• Utilise company tools, incentives, and strategies to meet store goals.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a client‑centric, sales environment (preferred).
• Passion for customer service and alignment with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Ability to perform constant movement, lift up to 10‑15 kg, and stand for an entire shift.

Required skills

• Customer engagement and sales techniques.
• Basic cash handling and transaction processing.
