SAP Test Manager / Project Manager – Remote (Australia/NZ)

About the role

DyFlex, a leading SAP Platinum Partner in Australia and New Zealand, is looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager / Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end testing on large‑scale SAP programmes. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving automation‑first testing using Tricentis Tosca while ensuring high‑quality delivery across SIT, UAT, regression and cut‑over phases.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the complete test strategy for SAP programmes, covering SIT, UAT, regression and cut‑over.
• Design and implement automation‑first approaches with Tricentis Tosca to boost coverage and efficiency.
• Develop detailed test plans, define entry/exit criteria, and manage test environments and resources.
• Lead cross‑functional testing teams, coordinating business users, SAP functional consultants, technical staff and external vendors.
• Align testing milestones with project schedules, managing dependencies, risks and issues.
• Establish testing governance, including defect management, RAID reporting and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Leads to support overall delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive adoption of Tricentis‑based automation frameworks and oversee cut‑over readiness activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Test Manager on complex SAP implementations.
• Strong background in test automation, specifically with Tricentis Tosca.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large testing teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting progress, risks and mitigation strategies.
