SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect to lead the design and delivery of cloud‑based HR solutions for our clients across Australia and New Zealand. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work on greenfield and brownfield implementations in a flexible consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for Employee Central projects, translating business and HR requirements into scalable configurations.
• Configure core HR processes, organisational structures, employee data, workflows and business rules.
• Provide functional leadership throughout project lifecycles – design, build, test, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Advise clients on best practices, standard functionality and optimisation of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration and reporting requirements.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to project planning, estimation and delivery governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering multiple end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in core HR, workflows and data models within SuccessFactors.
• Experience working in consulting or project‑based delivery environments.
• Ability to lead design workshops and engage senior client stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand without sponsorship.
