About the role
Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant to join an onshore team delivering SAP implementations for leading organisations. You will work closely with client teams, offshore resources and cross‑functional stakeholders to design and optimise finance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients on design decisions in the Finance area, integrating with other functional and technical domains.
- Design, configure and optimise SAP S/4HANA Finance (and Controlling) solutions based on standard and industry best practices for both RISE and GROW projects.
- Work with business stakeholders, IT professionals and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery, discovery phases and ongoing support.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Finance.
- Hands‑on expertise with SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or Controlling, including at least one full life‑cycle implementation.
- Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of influencing at all organisational levels.
