Manager – Transaction Diligence

About the role

As a Manager in Transaction Diligence you will lead financial due‑diligence engagements for major acquisitions, divestments and strategic investments across Australia and internationally, working closely with corporates, private‑equity clients and executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end financial due‑diligence engagements, from planning through delivery, ensuring high‑quality client outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple concurrent deals.
• Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to business‑development initiatives within the practice.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in financial due diligence, transaction services or a related transactions‑focused environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and completion of CA, CPA or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions, transaction processes and financial analysis.
• Experience in managing and developing high‑performing teams.
