SAP Finance Consultant

About the role

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant to join its SAP and Digital Transformation practice in Brisbane. The role involves designing and implementing finance solutions on SAP S/4HANA, working closely with finance SMEs and project teams across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate finance workshops to capture current and future state requirements and design end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report processes.
• Configure SAP FI/CO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis) in S/4HANA.
• Support data migration, testing (SIT, UAT), cut‑over planning, go‑live activities and post‑implementation hypercare.
• Engage with finance stakeholders, translate business needs into functional designs, and deliver workshops, demos, and training.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of SAP Finance consulting experience with hands‑on FI/CO implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA/CA or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and ability to lead process‑design workshops.
