About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Back Office Accountant to support day‑to‑day finance and fund administration for our wholesale property fund management business.
Key responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Support month‑end and year‑end close activities.
- Assist with fund administration tasks such as investor records and distribution processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Support preparation of financial reports and schedules for review.
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in a bookkeeping/accounting role.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Good written and verbal English.
- Ability to work AEST business hours as required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills.
