SAP BTP CPI Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP CPI Consultant to design, develop and maintain integration solutions for our clients in Australia. You will work within TCS’s sustainability‑focused teams, delivering seamless connectivity between SAP and non‑SAP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain integration flows using SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical integration designs.
• Build and support interfaces (REST, SOAP, IDoc, RFC, OData) between SAP and external applications.
• Develop and enhance iFlows, mappings (graphical, XSLT, Java, Groovy) and adapters.
• Perform migrations from SAP PI to CPI and optimise performance, monitoring and error handling.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of hands‑on experience as an SAP PI/PO and/or SAP CPI developer.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PI/PO architecture and SAP Cloud Integration.
• Familiarity with message monitoring, error handling and performance optimisation.
• Good understanding of security concepts such as certificates, OAuth and basic authentication.
• Experience working in international project environments and with SAP Integration Suite and API Management.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
