Developer Programmer – Data Warehouse & Big Data

About the role

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Developer Programmer to design, build, and optimise enterprise data‑warehouse solutions. The role focuses on leveraging big‑data technologies, analytics tools, and cloud platforms to deliver high‑performance data pipelines for telecom‑domain clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data‑warehouse solutions with at least 4 years of experience.
• Develop and optimise Spark applications using Python or Scala on Databricks.
• Work with Teradata utilities, macros, and strong SQL for data modelling.
• Integrate and orchestrate workflows using Airflow and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and deliver solution walkthroughs.
• Prepare test strategies, test plans, and documentation for data‑warehousing applications.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise data‑warehouse and big‑data environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, Agile setting.
• Experience with DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.
