Senior C#/.NET Developer – Financial Software

About the role

Quantifi is seeking a highly skilled Senior C#/.NET Developer to join its core development team. You will work on mission‑critical risk, trading and analytics software used by leading financial institutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high‑performance, scalable systems using C#/.NET.
• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of core platform components.
• Modernize and enhance a mature, business‑critical codebase.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑tested code following modern engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and help raise code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Optimize performance and improve system scalability.
• Support continuous improvement of development workflows, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience developing with C#/.NET in production.
• Strong command of SQL and relational database design.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and architecture patterns.
• Experience with complex, distributed or high‑performance systems.
• Excellent debugging and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Effective communication and a collaborative mindset.
