Salesforce CRM Developer

About the role

The Salesforce CRM Developer will lead the analysis, design, development and delivery of Salesforce solutions for Financial Cloud, focusing on Sales and Service Cloud modules. The role involves close collaboration with business users, analysts and architects to translate requirements into high‑quality, maintainable code.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse system requirements and provide estimates for new or enhanced Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, test and implement custom Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning components.
• Coordinate delivery activities, manage builds, and ensure alignment with project and IT delivery plans.
• Provide technical support for production issues and maintenance tasks.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of professional experience as a technical lead on the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Proven experience delivering Sales and Service Cloud implementations for financial services.
• Strong background in Agile/DevOps environments and mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (mandatory).
• Apex, VisualForce, Lightning components, and data migration.
• Integration patterns, event‑based development, CI/CD for Salesforce.
• Einstein Analytics, Marketing Cloud, Tableau (preferred).
• IVR integration experience (optional).
• Current Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud, Advanced Administrator).
