Sales Support Officer

About the role

Elders is looking for a Sales Support Officer to join its Tamworth team on a permanent, full-time basis. Your customer service skills will form the backbone of the branch, supporting the sales teams in maintaining and growing client relationships. You will help take clients through the end-to-end sales process across livestock and financial services, with hands-on training, mentoring and support available.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative and processing support to keep the branch running smoothly.
• Support the sales process and provide administration and coordination for the Branch Manager and wider team.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to deliver practical solutions.
• Support the team in maximising sales and business opportunities.
• Manage expenses, invoices and general office administration.

Required profile

• Experience in administration, sales support, customer service or a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
• A customer-first approach and strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, resourceful and commercially minded approach, with confidence using technology.
• A collaborative attitude and commitment to supporting the team, clients and local community.
