Sales Support Officer

About the role

Elders is looking for a Sales Support Officer to join its Cootamundra team on a permanent, full-time basis. As the first point of contact for clients, the officer supports the sales teams in maintaining and growing client relationships and helps guide clients through the end-to-end sales process, including livestock and financial services. The successful candidate is supported and mentored in the role.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative and processing support to keep the branch running smoothly.
• Support the sales process and provide administration and coordination for the Branch Manager and wider team.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to deliver practical solutions.
• Support the team in maximising sales and business opportunities.
• Manage expenses, invoices and general office administration.

Required profile

• Experience in administration, sales support, customer service or a similar role.
• A customer-first approach and strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, resourceful and commercially minded approach, with confidence using technology.
• A collaborative attitude and commitment to supporting the team, clients and the local community.
