Sales Support / Merchandising Coordinator

About the role

McLeod Accessories, a business unit of Genuine Parts Corporation (GPC) Asia Pacific, is looking for a Sales Support and Merchandise Coordinator at its Wangara store. The role combines customer service, inventory management, merchandising and product support, and suits someone who enjoys variety and working across several areas of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain supplier return processes across Western Australia and South Australia
• Investigate and process over-supplied and under-supplied product claims
• Assess and coordinate warranty claims with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Perform basic product repairs where required
• Merchandise products and create engaging in-store displays
• Deliver product training and support to team members
• Coordinate stock retrieval and movement to support operational requirements

Required profile

• Ideally experience in the motorcycle aftermarket industry (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• A team-focused attitude
