About the role

StyleColab is looking for a passionate fashion enthusiast to join its Hawthorn boutique as a Sales & Styling Specialist / Assistant Boutique Manager. You will be the face of the store, delivering personalised styling experiences while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of a fast‑moving, sustainable fashion destination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire the in‑store team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Deliver high‑touch styling sessions that inspire and delight shoppers.
• Drive sales performance and consistently exceed store targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consignors, ensuring seamless communication and premium service.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures, system management and administration.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and an inviting store atmosphere.
• Execute marketing, social media and promotional activities in collaboration with the founder and Boutique Manager.
• Support boutique events, campaigns and collaborations.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide weekly insights to inform growth.
