Sales Representative / Territory Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Representative/Territory Manager to join our Brisbane team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will grow market share by managing existing customers and developing new business across materials handling and warehouse solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory and customer base.
• Identify and secure new rental and sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular product demonstrations.
• Provide prompt, professional responses to customer enquiries.
• Maintain consistent face‑to‑face customer engagement.
• Achieve monthly order intake, revenue, and gross profit targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales‑focused role.
• Strong capability in sales planning and forecasting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain key customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and close opportunities.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success.
