Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join a fast‑growing international organisation’s Sydney CBD sales team. In this role you will engage with business owners across Australia, understand their needs and secure qualified appointments for senior Business Development Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers and build rapport.
• Ask targeted questions to uncover each business’s requirements.
• Book qualified appointments for the wider sales team.
• Record accurate notes and activity in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Positive, energetic and motivated with a strong drive to meet goals.
• Resilient when faced with rejection and open to coaching.
• Goal‑oriented and motivated by earning potential.
• Reliable team player ready to work in a collaborative environment.

What we offer

• Base salary of $65,000–$75,000 per year plus superannuation.
• Uncapped monthly commission with first‑year OTE of $120,000–$130,000.
• Comprehensive training including scripts, theory and call shadowing.
