Sales Representative – Primary Care (Respiratory)

About the role

GSK is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join its high‑performing Primary Care sales team on a fixed‑term contract until 30 September 2027. You will promote a key respiratory brand across the Bankstown area, rotating regularly within the region, and contribute to the company’s ambitious commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve territory business objectives for the promoted medicines.
• Develop and execute a robust territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure excellent day‑to‑day execution.
• Track territory performance, manage expenses, and report outcomes against targets.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and GSK’s ethical standards.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, science, pharmacology or a related field.
• Minimum 12 months of field‑based sales or comparable customer‑facing experience.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, preferably in primary care or hospital settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for both in‑person and virtual engagements.
• Full state driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory and on regional rotations.
• Resilience, coachability and a growth mindset; residence on or near the territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools for virtual detailing.
