Sales Representative - Aged Care

About the role

Trilogy Care is expanding its Sales and Engagement team and is looking for experienced sales professionals to help shape the future of aged care across Australia. The role is office-based and performance-focused, with a Monday to Friday schedule. It suits people who enjoy consultative, client-focused sales and who are motivated by results and earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and give clear guidance on aged care options
• Build quick, meaningful relationships over the phone
• Present support services with empathy and confidence
• Explain care pathways clearly using good people skills
• Manage the pipeline via CRM and follow up to drive conversions
• Support a smooth handover to the onboarding team

Required profile

• Proven success in sales, customer engagement or client relations; previous sales experience is not essential
• A confident and calm phone presence
• Ability to connect emotionally, read between the lines and guide decisions
• Comfortable working to KPIs while keeping quality in mind
• Experience in aged care, health or community services is valued but not essential
• Australian work rights and a police check before starting
