About the role

YPA Brunswick is opening a new office and is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Person to join its team. The role suits someone with some sales experience who wants to grow their career in real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct property appraisals and presentations to potential sellers.
• Negotiate sales and manage the whole sales process from listing to settlement.
• Maintain strong client relationships with ongoing support and guidance.
• Work with the team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• A passion for real estate and a commitment to achieving results.
• A current real estate licence or willingness to obtain one.
• A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
