About the role

The Sales Operations Specialist for the APAC region will lead operational initiatives that boost sales efficiency, ensure data integrity, and enable technology adoption across multiple markets. Reporting to the regional sales leadership, you will act as the primary administrator of the sales tech stack and provide insights that drive commercial decisions and revenue execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer and optimise the sales technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, sales engagement tools and automation platforms.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and lead continuous improvement projects.
  • Own CRM data governance across the full revenue lifecycle, ensuring accurate ACV data and robust pipeline hygiene.
  • Manage licensing records, lead allocation processes and ensure compliance with account data standards.
  • Produce and maintain reports that support strategic sales planning and performance tracking.

Required profile

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related sales support function, preferably in a high‑growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce administration and a strong analytical mindset for process optimisation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and influence commercial decisions.
