Sales National Account Manager – Grocery or Pharmacy

About the role

P&G is hiring a Sales National Account Manager for its Grocery or Pharmacy channel, based in the Melbourne office. The role gives you ownership of a multi-million-dollar business and budget from day one, working with well-known brands such as Oral-B, Pantene and Gillette and Australia's largest pharmacy and grocery retailers. It is a full-time position within a dynamic, multi-functional team in a fast-paced industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, sell, implement and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed financial goals
• Work with multi-functional teams to develop strategies and plans
• Manage and improve distribution, pricing, shelving and merchandising
• Build productive relationships with key customer contacts and sell mutually effective business plans
• Use analytical tools and integrate data systems to develop new insights

Required profile

• Australian citizen, permanent resident or New Zealand resident
• Bachelor's degree in commerce or a business-related discipline preferred
• 3 to 7 years of experience in a National Account Manager role; FMCG experience desirable
• Australian driver's licence required
