Sales Manager - Scaled Growth

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Sales Manager to lead growth, performance, and expansion of Uber Eats' Digital Sales Centre and offshore sales operations across ANZ. This cross‑functional role sits at the intersection of sales operations, vendor management, business transformation, AI enablement, and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy and go‑to‑market execution for ANZ scaled programs across BPO and digital channels.
• Own commercial expansion quotas for the ANZ SMB small segment and partner with Restaurant Operations for quarterly planning.
• Drive growth, performance, and oversight across ANZ BPO sales initiatives, optimizing vendor outcomes through KPI management and process improvement.
• Manage co‑funding budgets and ad‑credit frameworks to maximise growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to set targets, track attainment, and build governance frameworks for replication across markets.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years experience leading BPO, outsourced sales, or scaled sales operations in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder, cross‑functional programs across regions.
• Track record of launching new processes, entering markets, or scaling operational capabilities.
• Strong analytical background with expertise in building KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organisational influencing skills.
