Sales Manager – Melbourne

About the role

Captify, part of the Verve Group, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its Melbourne business. You will join a high‑performing media sales team and be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Source, pitch and close programmatic revenue opportunities across agency and advertiser portfolios.
• Own commercial reporting, forecasting and strategic planning for your client group.
• Manage agency patch, building relationships at all seniority levels and delivering regular updates in Salesforce.
• Respond to agency briefs with strategic, innovative solutions and provide market intel to the business.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Studio, Insights and Traders to grow accounts through best‑in‑class service.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales experience in the ad‑tech/programmatic landscape.
• Strong network with Australian agency partners (highly desirable).
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and forecasting accurately.
• Excellent organisational, communication and self‑starter mindset.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) usage for pipeline and revenue tracking.
• Programmatic advertising knowledge and experience.
